Huge, bright room available in Marchmont

Hello! I am sadly moving out of my beautiful room in Marchmont and am looking for someone to take my room. The flat is 30 seconds away from the meadows. It has plenty of storage space, loads of natural light and a lovely view. You would be sharing with my two current flat mates who are 25 and 27 and both work full time during the day. They are both very lovely and easy to get on with. The room is available from the 16th May. Rent is 580 a month and bills come to around 120 including council tax, energy bills and wifi. There are many bus routes close by and we are a 20 minute walk from town. We also have a shared garden space too. The flat does not have a living room.
