Double room in spacious Marchmont flat

We are looking for a female flatmate for a 5 bed Marchmont flat. The room itself is spacious, and has a king-size bed and desk. 2 showers, 1 toilet. Very spacious living room. We need to find someone by latest the 8th of May, for a move in date of the 1st of June. Utilities are usually around £40 a month, including broadband. We live across from a local supermarket, and have 2 others in close proximity! We are looking for a student, ideally undergraduate who is in 3rd or 4th year. We have a friendly atmosphere and would love to find a flatmate who also enjoy a balance of socialising and having downtime. Our hobbies include music, cooking, films, reading, art, walks, travelling.
