Hi,

Looking to replace my flat mate who is moving out at the end of July preferably looking for a young professional. I have a very spacious double room available which overlooks the communal gardens to the back of the property with has a sunny/bright aspect. The apartment is in Marchmont and within walking distance of all local amenities including cafes, pubs and restaurants. It’s a great sized flat with long-distanced views towards Arthurs Seat and a stones throw from the Meadows.

The flat has one shared bathroom, 2-bedrooms, a large lounge area (well equipped with 2 x sofas and a TV) and a fully fitted kitchen including a washing machine, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. It is well maintained. Also plenty of kitchen storage.

About me: I’m 26 and work in a corporate job. My main interests are hiking, rock climbing, football, running and ski-ing.
