Marchmont room available for August/Fringe

Flatmates not here for month so hoping someone can fill his room! Double bed available in Marchmont right near the meadows. Cracking flat, kitchens very big and comes with a dishwasher, living room is large and very airy. You’ll have the bigger room, partly because I can’t be bothered to move my stuff for a month. Bills will be around £50 for the month I think.

I’m JP, an engineering student at UoE. I’ll be working 9-5 but I’ll be in and about the flat. Quite enjoy climbing and hiking, and looking to get better at squash so give me a bell if you’re into any of that stuff.
