Cozy Room Marchmont

Hello!

We have a lovely bedroom available in our 4-bed Marchmont flat from the 21st of August!

There is a shared (recently renovated) bathroom, kitchen and dining area.

The kitchen comes fully equipped and has a beautiful view of Arthur's Seat. There is a small separate laundry room with a dishwasher and two shared closets for storage. We also have a beautiful communal garden!

Flatmates: Young professionals (21-26) easygoing and would like someone friendly to join the flat. We all have quite busy schedules but we enjoy spending time together whenever possible.

We have a weekly cleaning rota (for deep cleaning), otherwise everyone cleans after themselves or we like to help each other when needed.

The flat is let through an agency, so you would need to pass their checks first.

The flat currently has single-glazed windows, but the landlord is in the process of changing to double-glazed in time for winter.

Expenses:

The rent is £518.25 (could potentially change due to the start of a new tenancy but we've not heard anything yet)
Gas&Electric £35.78 pperson (this is direct debit all year round - sometimes it changes depending on our winter usage)
Wifi £8 pperson
Council tax £63-65 pperson
We also share flat stock bills (toilet paper, dish soap, etc)
We hope to have viewings within the next days/weekend and hopefully make a decision by the 1-2nd of August.
