We have 1 bathroom with a bath and separate shower, and a shared living room with sofas, dining table and a telly. Kitchen has a dishwasher, gas cooker and oven. Plenty of storage - there's a box-room (mainly used for bikes and other outdoor kit!) and 3 other big cupboards.

You will be living with 3 young professionals aged 24-25. Ideally looking for a male flatmate to keep the balance, and a young professional for council tax reasons (unless you're a mature student and happy to chip in anyway).

Everyone is outdoorsy and into mountaineering/climbing/camping/cycling etc, and it would be nice to find someone we get along with as well as just being a flatmate!

The stairwell is a mix of students, families and young professionals, and there is a shared garden out the back.

Rent is £675/month.

Council tax is £64/month each, wifi about £6 and bills about £20.

Move in date: from 13th September. Ideally looking for someone long-term.
