Room to rent in Marchmont

Hey all! I’m moving back to Canada and I’m looking for someone to replace me in my lovely flat. It’s 6 beds and 2 bathrooms with a mix of hospitality workers and working students that get along great. Proposed rent is €600 with internet included but council separate. Students welcome but may need to pay council if so. Everyone has a mix of keeping to themselves and hanging out in the main room with a movie or video games, or an occasional night to the local. Ideally looking for someone in the same age range who matches the vibes. Looking for a long term flatmate.
