Hi everyone, I have an ensuite room to submit, here is some info:
Apartment: The Mont
Location: EH9 1FA, next to Meadows, close to GS campus and Main library (8 mins walk), convenient for shopping groceries and taking buses.
Price: 290ppw
Dates: January to August 2025, we could discuss the date to move in in January 2025
Flat: fourth floor, 6 people flat, you will share kitchen with another five people. But you have your private bathroom.

This apartment is in the best condition in this area. It has been open for booking rooms since last year. There are many public shared facilities in the apartment, like study rooms, shared kitchen for party, cinema room, gym, and game room, etc.

If it's over your budget, you can live in this apartment for a few months till December. At that time, there will be more rooms on the market, then you could transfer to your new room. Before that, u could email the accommodation at least 28 days before u leave the room.

I'll email the apartment if you wanna takw over my room, so you will have an official contract.
