We live in a 3 bedroom flat with a large, bright lounge and connected, open-plan, kitchen, that we try to keep as clean as possible. The bedroom for rent is spacious and fully furnished with a double bed and a desk.
We are looking for a student for council tax reasons.
The flat is £800 a month without bills.
Both me and my current flatmate enjoy active lifestyles, with both attending the gym just up the road at warrender baths. We both enjoy the occasional flat night out or meal, as well as, nights in watching a movie. We both enjoy watching sports on TV. We are both students at Heriot-Watt but are open to students from all universities.
