Join us in our lovely Marchmont flat ✨

We are Kay (she/her) and Shannon(she/her), both in our late twenties, looking for a professional female, to join us in our lovely Marchmont flat from 01 November.

The flat is on the 2nd floor, and has 3 double-bedrooms, a large kitchen and utility, large living room, bathroom, and lots of storage space. We have access to the shared garden, and are very close to the Meadows and Blackford Hill.

The room available (bedroom 3 on the floor plan) is a small fully-furnished double, with a small desk, and has a separate large wardrobe space accessed from the hall, directly opposite your room.

A bit about us: Shannon is a doctor, working shifts, and Kay is a project manager, typically in the office Mon-Fri. We’d ideally like to find someone who doesn’t work from home every day. We love catching up over a cup of tea, baked goods, and staying active. We eat mainly veggie at home.

It’s important to us to have a warm, friendly atmosphere and also keep shared spaces clean and tidy so we can all enjoy our lovely home. We are keen to find someone like-minded to join us, who will care for the flat and who is looking to create a fun and respectful space based on kind and honest communication. Bonus if you also love dogs, New Girl, Chappell Roan, and keeping active!

We will hold viewings on Saturday 05 and Sunday 06 October.

You will need to provide a landlord reference and complete credit checks with the letting agency before signing the tenancy agreement.
