I am looking to have someone take over my spot in a beautiful 2bd 1ba flat in Marchmont. This would be a lease transfer. Looking for someone who can move in by the end of THIS MONTH and is looking for a long term let! Ideally looking for a student, as you’d be living with another Masters student (at Napier).
I have the original video I took of the whole flat when I first toured, and I am happy to share that, but there was no space for videos here.
The flat is very big and spacious, has lots of natural light, and is in a quiet and safe area. Please DM if interested! Again, looking for immediate move in.
