Hi!! We are 4 second year students at the University of Edinburgh looking for another flatmate as our 5th is having to move out for personal reasons.
Our flat is beautiful and cosy and we are all friends so love to hang out as a group, both in and out the flat. We also of course appreciate if someone likes their own space, but would really like someone nice and sociable, who would also like to hang out with us.
The flat is directly in front of Bruntsfield Links, so George Square is only a 10 minute walk away through the Meadows. There is also a bus stop close by with good links to the city and to Kings Buildings.
Rent would be £710 a month not including bills, available 1st December!!
We would prefer a female student for council tax reasons!!
