Room in Marchmont available now!

We are looking for one more girl to join our 4 bed flat in Marchmont! The flat is on the first floor and located perfectly on a quiet street a stone’s throw away from The Meadows/Bruntsfield Links.

The room is on the smaller side, hence the cheaper rent, but the flat comes with ample storage space, as well as bathroom, kitchen and shared living room. There is one large fridge freezer and one under the counter fridge, along with lots of cupboards and a pantry cupboard - so plenty space for food!

The flat was also fitted recently with double glazed windows - which I know is a rarity in Edinburgh tenements!

We are with a letting agent - Trinity Factors - and they are very competent at fixing things whenever we need.

The first month’s rent is due on 1st November but the room is available to move into now.

If you have a car, on street parking is available and it’s not hard to get a spot close to the flat.

Me (Hannah, 26, F), and my flatmates Alice (25, F) and Nyree (27, F) are looking for someone tidy, respectful, friendly and sociable to join our flat! It would be nice to on occasion have flat group dinners (I love cooking and baking!), go out for brunch together, have movie nights/games nights, etc. We’d love to live with someone who will become a friend, and not just be an acquaintance. I have a small car so road trips out to The Pentlands, Gullane and places further afield are possible!

We are looking for another young professional to join us for council tax reasons.

Council tax: Band E, works out about £64 each
Wifi: £16
Gas/electricity: About £20 each at the moment, but will fluctuate depending on usage over the winter
