Spare room in 6 bed flat in Marchmont

Hi! I am moving out a 6 lovely 6 bed flat in Marchmont! The other 5 girls will remain in the flat and are looking for a new flatmate. The available bedroom is a double room with a convenient shared bathroom (shared with 1 other person). The communal dining/kitchen/living area is bright and spacious, and includes all amenities e. g. cutlery, pots, pans and appliances. There is also a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. The flatmates are a mixture of 1 PhD student and 4 young professionals, and they'd ideally be looking for someone fairly social whilst also respecting personal time and space. All of the girls are super friendly and outgoing, also keen on keeping the communal space clean and tidy!

The room available is slightly smaller than the bedroom in the photos, although not an attic bedroom so there's a larger window!
