🌟 2 Rooms in a 4-Bed Flat in Marchmont 🌟

Hey everyone! 👋

We’re looking for two friendly and easygoing flatmates to take over two rooms in our wonderful 4-bed flat in Marchmont. The rooms are available from early January, and we’re semi-flexible on move-in dates.

My flatmate and I are moving out as our studies have come to an end, but we’ve had the best time here. After living in the flat for the past 2.5 years, we can say it’s a warm, welcoming, and homely space. The flat has a great balance – we’ve enjoyed lots of fun social activities together (cinema nights, craft sessions, cafe catch ups, pub trips, and the occasional night out!) but also respect each other’s independence and personal space.

The current flatmates are a PhD student in engineering and a Master’s student in philosophy. A mix of academic backgrounds that keeps things both grounded and thought-provoking in the best way. Chats in the kitchen are never boring!

About the Flat 🏡

- Large, sunny shared living room for movie nights, chats, or just relaxing.
- A separate spacious kitchen with a dining table for chatting while cooking or eating
- One newly renovated bathroom
- Secure building with on-street permit parking if needed.

Bills 💸
- Wifi is £36 split between 4
- gas and electricity varies month to month but I would budget £40 on average per person
- Council tax band F: we are currently exempt from council tax but would be open to living with proffesionals if you are happy to cover it on your own or split with anyone liable
