I am looking for someone to take over my room in a beautiful 6 bed flat on Marchmont Crescent. This flat is situated in the desirable Marchmont area of Edinburgh, a 5 minute walk from the meadows and 25 minute walk from the city centre.

Your flatmates will consist of 5 professional females. We are a social flat who like to cook together, play board games and go to pub quizzes. We also all respect each others space and keep our communal areas tidy.

The room itself has a double bed with storage underneath, a wardrobe, bedside table and a desk. The flat comes with a washing machine, dishwasher and 4 bathrooms. Wifi is included and bills are typically around £30 per month. The council tax band is E.
