Hi, I’m looking for someone to take my room in a nice 4 bed flat. The room has a double bed, 2 desks, a lamp, bookshelf, table and wardrobe. Bills aren’t included.

It’s ideally situated, quiet and in walking distance of central Edinburgh, as well as being well connected with public transport (2 bus stops in a 3 minute walk of the flat). My 3 flatmates are students who are friendly and welcoming. The flat has 1 bathroom. It has a bright kitchen, with a washing machine and a dishwasher. It has plenty of storage space too, with a big cupboard in the kitchen and a couple of extra storage rooms. The flat is on the top level with a lovely shared garden at the ground level.
