Hello there, we have two rooms in our lovely Marchmont duplex flat available from the 1st of February!
Both rooms are spacious and receive lots of lights and overlook the communal garden. The flat is quite central, located in Marchmont, close to the Meadows.
We are looking for professionals or mature students who are happy to contribute to council tax (split amongst 5, it becomes quite reasonable). We are also looking to find someone who will ideally commit to a minimum of 12 months.
Rent is £510 a month + bills, roughly £110/month (Incl. Council tax)
Deposit is £600.
We are all quite easy going and respect each other's space, and are looking for someone who is friendly, respectful, responsible and a good communicator.
Keeping the flat clean is extremely important to us. We have a detailed weekly cleaning rota which works like clockwork and are seeking someone who tidies up after themselves, takes initiative and contributes to keeping our living environment clean, tidy and enjoyable.
Our flat is managed by an agency so you will need a reference from a previous landlord and from your employer.
