2 bedroom flat near the city centre of Edinburgh, available from the end of March until the end of April (dates are negotiable). The flat is located right by the Meadows (Marchmont). It is a 23 minute walk from Waverly station.

The apartment includes 2 medium-large bedrooms, a spacious living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom (with bath & shower). The second bedroom has its own separate shower.

The first bedroom (bedroom 1) is large, has a double bed, sofa /coffee table area, and a desk by the window, overlooking the meadows. The second bedroom (bedroom 2) is smaller, with a king size sofa bed (very comfortable model from Swyft), a TV, and its own shower room. There is also a desk by the window overlooking the meadows. The second bedroom can be used either as a bedroom or as a lounge area.

The living room is spacious and comes with a sofabed and 6-8 person dining table. The kitchen is fully equipt (microwave, airfryer, coffee machine etc).

The flat is suited for a professional couple (the second room is ideal as an office), a family, or a couple of friends. Ideally, you would rent the place for the full time.
