Room for Rent in Marchmont

Looking for a new flatmate in Marchmont area!

Unfortunately students only (unless you are willing to pay council tax!) and must have a UK guarantor (letting agencies rule), also unfortunately no pets.

Group of three female students looking for a 4th flatmate starting 15th February. We live in a 4 bed flat with a kitchen/living room, around the Marchmont area. Bills per month: rent £575, utilities £40. (& queer friendly is a must!)
We are a fairly sociable flat! We go hard on decor for halloween and Christmas. Aim to host a games night monthly, love a movie night or self care night together.

Megan Taylor:
5th year medical student
Pros: can teach you to knit, crochet or pole dance, can cook you meals when you feel shit, loves a movie night and owns a projector (makes a mean batch of popcorn to go with it)
Cons: will go clubbing max once a year, will try to get you to join them hillwalking, loves plants too much and will offer you cuttings you don’t want
Lucy Beirne:
I’m a masters student of art collections and curating. My greatest strengths are that I love to cook, bake and craft but be warned I refuse to use recipes/read instructions. My greatest weakness is being American but I make up for it by being a tidy and cheerful flatmate :)
Anna Molloy:
I'm doing a masters in design at the ECA and love all things creative, as well as anything to do with nature and the outdoors! I like going to gigs, travelling and doing volunteering stuff. I'm currently learning to crochet and I like to make cute animals 🦔
