Sunny Marchmont/ Meadows single room

Hey! I’m looking for a new flatmate to take over a bright single room between 1st-15th April. Preferably a student for council tax reasons.

The flat is in a great location right by the meadows and is only a 5-minute walk away from George Sq campus and Nicholson street. The bus stop for the 9 to Kings Campus is a one-minute walk away and other bus stops are in very close by.

The new rent price for the tenancy hasn’t been confirmed yet but should be around £575 ish before bills, around £30/40 a month.

I’m a second year PhD researcher. I’m out of the flat a lot but would like someone to move in who likes a good chit chat, enjoys the pub and who can help to keep the flat nice and clean.
