Looking for 2 flatmates to join flat in Marchmont!

Heyy we are looking for 2 people to join our flat for next year. 2 of my flat mates are going on a year abroad and we are looking for people to fill their rooms. Currently it’s me and my flatmate Will who are both going to be in 3rd year at the uni of Edinburgh next year. We are both v easy going and love a chill night in as well as a pub night, and always up for a night out! We both love travelling and Will has his car up so could be potentials for flat outings too. We are looking for 2 fun, chill people who like socialising and are up for a good laugh - any gender or age. Our flat is right next to the meadows and top floor, so no noise from anyone above us! We have a communal kitchen/lounge area which is v nice and spacious with a dish washer and washing machine too.
Bedroom 1 has a single bed in now, but is a double room so can always get that sorted too!
