About Your Future Flatmate
You’ll be sharing with a friendly and considerate flatmate who’s lived here for some time. She’s 34, easy-going, and values a tidy, peaceful home. You’ll also be sharing with an inquisitive, chatty and well-behaved, snuggle-averse (unless it’s her idea) cat, Cleo.

The Room
The room comes furnished with a double bed, desk, chair, and some linen to get you started.

The Flat & Shared Spaces
The flat features a spacious living room and a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking.
There’s also a third bedroom, which isn’t available to rent, but works beautifully as a home office or occasional guest room for visitors.

You’ll share one bathroom, fitted with a reliable electric shower.
