Sunny double bedroom in Marchmont flat

In search of flatmate for my beautiful and sunny Marchmont home. Your room is double and ideally you would move in may 1st!

It’s a lovely and bright ground floor apartment in Marchmont, half a block away from the Meadows and a 10 min walk to George Square.

The flat has a working fireplace, front patio and back garden, 1 1/2 bathrooms and a modern kitchen. We get the sun in the mornings in the back garden and our room, the afternoon sun in the patio, living room and kitchen ☀️.

I’m an Ecuadorian post graduate psych student, also working as a trainee therapist so I’m pretty busy but love coming home to a relaxing and cozy environment. Looking for someone who’s friendly, and clean. I am sociable but also appreciate my alone time. Preferably also a student due to council tax reasons!

I have a cat named Alma (soul in Spanish) who spends most of her days chasing the sun around the flat to take naps and loves treats 🐈💗.

My landlord requests UK guarantor or 6 months up front for rent. Your half of rent would be £1,100 a month and bills vary b/w €60-90 depending on the season. The working fireplace really helps keep the bills down during the cold months.
