Room Available in Marchmont – from Early May

£835/month + approx. £150 bills

3-month sublet with option to extend

I’m moving into a new place in early May (exact date TBC), so I’m looking for someone to take over my room in our Marchmont flat for three months, with the possibility to stay longer if it works out.

The room is a big, bright double that looks out onto Marchmont Crescent. It comes furnished and has a really comfy bed.

The flat is on the first floor of a tenement on Marchmont Crescent. It’s spacious and fully equipped – decent shower pressure, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and a shared garden out the back. It also stays warm in the winter.

Location-wise, it’s a 5-minute walk to the Meadows and really close to loads of coffee shops, cafes, and local shops. Scotmid and Sainsbury’s are both a couple of minutes away.

You’d be living with Alex and Bella, who are both easygoing and tidy. We all get on well, but mostly do our own thing and like to keep the flat peaceful and clean.

Students are welcome but would need to cover council tax.
