We are two working professionals aged 29, seeking a third flatmate to move in for May 27th, 2025, in a spacious and furnished double room, in a three room flat for rent in the heart of Marchmont.

Room details: fully furnished including – double bed with storage space underneath and night stand, desk and computer chair, dresser set, standing wardrobe, two shelving units

Amenities include:
- Shared Kitchen space
- Shared sun/sitting room Property
- Spacious Fourier
- Shared broadband/internet
- Laundry facilities (washing machine)

Location:
Our flat has a great location with all amenities just 5-10 min walk away.
- Local markets include: Scotmid Coop, Margiotta and Sainsburys Local
- Local bus transportation nearby include: 24 West Granton, 9 Granton
- Local parks include: Bruntsfield Links and the Meadows
- Close by neighbourhoods include: Old Town, Newington, Morningside and Bruntsfield

Current tenants:
We are two working professionals aged 29. We both are easy going and clean individuals, who like to socialize while also respecting each others’ space. Some of our hobbies include hiking and sight seeing, playing guitar, biking and traveling among many others.

Please note: We are looking for another professional to join in for council tax reasons but we are willing to consider Phd students who would be ok sharing the council tax (Our Council tax band is : E)

Also, one of us needs to wake up around 4/5 am for work some days, so we need someone to be understanding of that.
