Meadows Festival let - short term

Central, quiet home located near the meadows. Large and spacious rooms available in family home near Sciennes with live in landlord. Fantastic central location with beautiful garden and walking distance to city centre.

Rooms are set back from the family spaces and comprises of 1 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom with a shared toilet/shower room across the two rooms. Looking for quiet and respectful short term lodgers for the fringe festival.

The rooms are furnished and come with a double and single bed and some furniture. Ideally the space will be taken as one unit to accommodate two or three but happy to split it for the right individuals. Rent is including utilities, council tax, broadband and heating. References needed, £200 deposit per room for festival let and rent is payable in advance. Full access to the garden included.

Available from 15th July to 30th August (minimum rent period of 3 weeks)

Room 1- Double Bed
Weekly rent - £600

Room 2- single bed
Weekly rent -£500

If both rooms taken together rent will be reduced to £500 each per week saving you £100 per week.

The family are away quite a lot so there will be plenty of time when the house will be quiet. The house comes with two very friendly and cuddly cats.
