Double room available in our friendly 5-bedroom flat on Warrender Park Crescent, Marchmont! The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and a private sink. Our flat has two shared bathrooms, and a cozy living room where we occasionally meet for board games or movie nights and we wouldn't say no to a drink or two—but we also respect each other’s need for quiet. Current flatmates include 3 professionals and 1 student. Located just steps from The Meadows and close to local cafes and shops, this is the perfect spot for professionals or students seeking a balance of socializing and personal space. The room will be available from 8th July and rent is £600/month (plus £59.11 council tax, bills not included). Please note that any students that wish to join should be willing to pay council tax.
