Spacious room available in Marchmont

Hi we are two 22 year old girls who are looking for someone to fill the spare room in our three bed flat, looking for a long term renter.

The room is a large double room with a big storage cupboard and large window.

The flat is in Marchmont, a 10minute walk from the meadows, 5minute walk to little Sainsbury’s, lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and pubs with a bus stop at the end of the road directly into town. It is a beautiful light spacious 3 bedroom flat with a big hallway, kitchen, living/dining room and a new bathroom with a shower over the bath, we also have access to a shared garden.

A bit about us; one of us is a student, going into 4th year studying graduate entry veterinary medicine and the other is working having just begun a grad job in the city. We’re looking for a friendly, respectful, neat housemate. Please get in touch for more details and with any questions :)))
