I am currently writing a book and coach/work from home so this flat is only suitable for someone quiet and mind-/respectful.
This is a fab place for someone, who like me, wants their home to be a quiet sanctuary. I am not compatbile with people who are night active.
My background is in art & teaching; I now work as a transformational EMDR coach. I'm easy going, welcoming, positive and open.
I have shared my flat before and have always enjoyed the experience.
The location couldn't be better with shops and and lots of cafes nearby and the Meadows on my door step. There's also a lovely enclosed back garden. A walk from here to the Royal Mile across the Meadows is only 10-15mins.
1 month. A longer stay might be possible.
Rent will be lower later in the year.
