we are Sophie (25, Medicine) + Georgia (26, PhD Precision Medicine), 2 postgraduate students at UoE looking for 3 new lovely flatmates to fill the rooms of our wonderful friends who are sadly joining the workforce 🥲

though we are both quite busy with our studies, we are very social gals, so we’re on the hunt for some cool, clean(!) flatmates, ideally between 23-30, who are down to hanggg 🌻🫧 (examples of this include, but are not limited to: semi-regular flat dinners, love is blind watch parties, the occasional feral night out etc.)

🏰 3rd floor flat (penthouse suite) on a beautiful street in Marchmont - 15 minute walk to George Square with great bus connections

🛌 5 beds (3 available) - 1 large bedroom, 2 smaller rooms (priced accordingly)

🛁 1 bathroom with a toilet, shower & bath

🍽️ lovely kitchen with electric hob, dishwasher & washing machine

🛋️ gorgeous big living room with a dining table and a fat telly for all of your binge watching desires
