URGENT: New flatmate wanted for a cozy double room

We are looking for a fourth female flatmate in our shared flat in Marchmont. The room is in a 4-bedroom property on the 3rd floor of an apartment complex and comes fully furnished.
Rent would be £800 per month, bills excluded.

Ideally, we would prefer a working professional. The property is in Council Tax band E and you would be paying the council tax together with 2 occupants (as one tenant is a student). The move-in date would be the 1st of September.

IMPORTANT: Due to the agency’s rules, you would need a UK guarantor.

We are looking for someone who is clean and tidy. We are a friendly international flat, looking for someone who would also be happy to get together in the kitchen every now and then, so we are hoping for someone who would want to be friends with us :)
