4 bedroom, first-floor flat in a quiet part of Marchmont. 2 bathrooms and a box room (used as a small living room) with a spacious kitchen. Shared back garden. Seeking 1 new flatmate to fill large double bedroom (pictured) from July 2026.

Ideally looking for masters/phd students.

Rent is currently £675 plus bills (between £50 to £100 - higher in the winter). Council Tax Band F (currently we are all students so qualify for exemption).

We like to keep a generally tidy flat, we enjoy occasional dinner parties cocktail nights and frequent movie nights in the box room.

I’m Niamh (26) from a small coastal town in Scotland. 3rd year neuroscience PhD student at University of Edinburgh. I love walking around Edinburgh, wild swimming and enjoying the lovely cafes around Marchmont and Bruntsfield.

I’m I’m Megan (26) from Philadelphia in the US, and currently getting a masters in Tourism Management at Edinburgh Napier till next June. I love to travel around a lot, but am always down to explore the city through movie-going, pub quizzing and a night out.

I'm Hannah (24), from Germany. I am doing a Masters in Marketing here at the university. I love to read and browse all the little bookshops in Edinburgh and I'm always down for a trip to the cinema.
