Two rooms in lovely Marchmont flat

My wife and I are moving out of our lovely flat, just steps away from the meadows, and need to find two new flatmates to take our rooms! The two remaining flatmates have been in the flat for years and are really great to live with. They are tidy, respectful, friendly, and fun!

The smaller room (room 1, marked with a blue star in photos) has a raised double bed, with a desk and other storage space under the bed. There is also a wardrobe, but not much else! On the upside, it’s one of the best deals you’ll find in Edinburgh to live in an amazing location.

The bigger room (room 2, marked with a red star in photos) has a double bed with lots of storage space and a sink in the room.

There is a shared living room/kitchen, bathroom, separate shower room, and hall storage cupboard. We have access to a shared garden full of friendly cats and lots of green space! Council tax band E, shared evenly amongst tenants.
