Bright double room in Marchmont/Newington

Hello!

My flatmate is moving out and so I am looking for someone to takeover her room in our 2-bedroom flat. The room is a bright, sunny room that comes furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers and mirror. The flat also benefits from a good sized bathroom and a shared living room / dining room.

The flat is conveniently located close to the university, and around a 20 minute walk into the city centre (or loads of buses nearby).

Since I am a student I don’t pay council tax, so please be aware this would be your responsibility if you aren’t a student. Bills come to around £57pcm for high speed wifi, gas and electricity :)

A bit about me: I’m a postgraduate student in healthcare and i enjoy reading, going to the gym / going for walks and being creative. I love chilling with a good cup of tea and a show in the background (bonus points if you like gilmore girls ☕️). I’d love to chat and hangout with my future flatmate but also respect each others space and privacy.

The flat would be suitable for someone who is quiet and very chill, as I really value keeping the space calm. Also it would be great if we can share cleaning responsibilities!
