Me and my friend Sara are looking for two people to take over our rooms in our current three bed flat as we are moving out. It is £750 in rent per month excluding bills but exempt from council tax. The flat is beautiful with three bedrooms, one of which is occupied by another female, a bathroom, kitchen and living space, utility room, pantry and two storage rooms. The location of the flat is excellent, with good bus links throughout the city, a short walk from the university of Edinburgh’s George Square campus and in the heart of the meadows. There are lots of surrounding shops including Margiotta and Sainsbury’s, as well as many independent cafe’s.
