Room available in Marchmont!

We are searching for a flatmate! Flat is in the beginning of Marchmont, very close to the Meadows so very very central.
You'll be living with a couple (Abi and Zephyr, both 25) who share a room and Beck (26) and Rosie (a wonderful cockapoo).
Per person - Rent is 470 a month plus bills which are around 28 pounds plus council tax which is 54 pounds.
We are all artists (drag and mixed media), some of us work nights sometimes and we often shower at night but we aren't a party flat by any means. Just chill vibes, looking for someone respectful and kind to join the flat!
