Two rooms to rent in Marchmont!

Hello, two of our flatmates have bought a place together and are sadly moving out so we are looking for two replacement flatmates!

The flat is a lovely 4 bed, 1 bathroom in Marchmont and you’d be living with 2 girls (25 & 27 years old)who both work full time. We'd preferably be looking for another two female working professionals of a similar age.

There are two rooms available, both are double rooms.
The smaller room (blue feature wall) is £580pcm.
The bigger room (red feature wall) is £600.
This doesn’t include bills. Council tax, TV licence and wifi come to about £70 a month and then energy varies between seasons.

Move in date would be the 24th November.
