We are currently looking for a new flatmate to join us from the 1st of November.

The flat is a traditional style tenement building situated a stones throw away from the Bruntsfield Links, with a 15 min walk into the centre of town.
The flat itself hosts - Three large double bedrooms, large lounge/ dining area, kitchen & communal bathroom. There is also a communal garden at the back of the property. Parking is a permitted zone at the front of the property and surrounding streets. The room currently available is for single occupancy only.. 



About your prospective flatmates

Hannah(28) - Irish engineer who works for a start-up here in Edinburgh. Enjoys badminton, bouldering and loves a good pub quiz
Erin(23) - Just finished her masters and is starting a career in social research. She's into board games, books, long walks, Premier League football and loves a good matcha.

What we are looking for-

We are looking for a working professional to occupy the room - Room is open to anyone (male or female). Unfortunately students are not permitted by the landlord (this also includes PHDs).

The flat all in all is a quiet one, so would be good fit for anyone similar to ourselves. We should note that this isn’t a party flat in any sense, but we are a social bunch who have the odd visitor/ pals over for an evening.
