Room in bright 2-bedroom nice EH9 Flat

I’m offering a room in a beautiful, classic Edinburgh tenement flat, located right on the edge of the Meadows. Now I’m looking for a chill flat mate to share it! Current flat mate plans to go on extensive global travels.

If you know, then you know the location is absolutely ideal for anyone studying at the UofE; whether the main George Square campus or the King’s Buildings. You can basically dash to lectures in no time. And the Meadows is on your doorstep for walks, sports, or just enjoying the sun (when it decides to appear!).

It’s a lovely, bright flat with a great living room and an open-plan kitchen. It has its charming quirks, including some creaky floorboards! There’s a separate bathroom and toilet, which would be shared. It has a nice and well-equipped kitchen (gas stove and electric oven + microwave). High-speed Wi-Fi. Separate little room for laundry/washing machine. It has a small pantry for extra storage, as well as other storage areas.

The room available is comfortable and has a lovely view (green in summer and autumn colours now). It comes with a new mattress and bed, so you’re guaranteed a good night’s sleep. It’s a great space to make your own.

A bit about me - I am 22 and a third-year Mech Eng student at UofE. I am often pretty busy with my studies but I would say I am friendly and chill. I like climbing and bouldering, nerding out over engineering stuff, enjoying a nice bottle of wine (or beer), and having the occasional dinner party or big night out with friends.

I'm looking for a full-time student, male or female, who is clean(ish), tidy, and sociable. The most important thing is to find someone who is a good fit and will treat the flat as their home.

I also have a decent bike available for you to use if so inclined!
