Beautiful Marchmont Flat

Hi there! I am moving out of my flat and looking for someone to take my place. The flat is in a lovely location and has a large shared living area. It comes furnished both in the shared spaces and also in the room itself. The room offers a double bed, a dresser, a wardrobe, a desk and chair and two bedside tables. I have two lovely flatmates as well, they are both girls and like to hangout in the common spaces occasionally but also both like their privacy every once in a while.
