Me and my flatmate Sara are looking for two people to take over our rooms in our current three bed flat as we want to move out. The flat is £750 in rent each month excluding bills. There is a standing order of bills that is currently set at £43.35 per month and the flat is exempt from council tax. the flat is furnished with three double rooms, one of which will be occupied by another female student aged 19. There is a shared bathroom, kitchen and living space with a pantry, and two storage rooms. The location of the flat is excellent, in the heart of Marchmont just a 10 minute walk from the University of Edinburgh’s george square campus. There are direct bus links including to the Kings Campus and lots of close supermarkets including a margiotta, and sainsbury’s, as well as independent cafes.
