The flat is situated just off the Meadows. Regular bus services connect Marchmont to the city. Being very centrally placed in Edinburgh, it is possible to walk to the Financial District and the main University Campus thus would be suitable for a professional person.

We like the rent paid at the beginning of each month by direct debit.
