Double Room to rent in Marchmont

Hi there!

We have a spacious and furnished double room available for rent in a 3-bedroom flat in Marchmont, on the 3rd floor.

One of the rooms is an ensuite, hence you'll only be sharing the bathroom with one person.

The living room is big, with 2 sofas and 3 large windows which make it very bright.

The kitchen comes with a large fridge, usual amenities, and a dishwasher too!

About us: We are myself Ale (leaving tenant), Eloïse and Helene, three professionals in their early 30s. We like to keep the flat clean and tidy without overly obsessing over it and we are looking for someone similar.

If you're a student, we would still expect you to share the cost of the council tax with us (Band E). Bills and CT are about £130-150/month, depending on the time of the year.

The room will be available from around the 19th of January, however we can be a bit flexible.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The agency will only communicate to us any rent increase once the landlord accepts the new tenant's application. Hence, we are unable to guarantee that the current rent advertised will remain the same. Sorry, this is out of our control :(
