The house is a 30 second walk from a convenience store and a bus stop to town center. Also just a 5 minute walk to the serene Blackford hill.
If ever in need, amazing next door neighbor has been helping by lending tools and providing local info for as long as I can remember.

Looking for a conscientious and clean tenant that can get along with 2 busy and kind PHD students, and a professional tenant with a part-time lease.

I will be away in HK for the coming half year, so this will be a short to medium let. As it is my room that I will take back eventually, I request the tenant to take utmost care and respect for the room and space.
