Lovely double bedroom in Marchmont

Hello!

We are Kay, Alice and Helmi, we're all in our 20s, looking for a female professional or student to join us in our lovely Marchmont flat from March 10th as Helmi is moving out due to relocation.

The flat is on the 2nd floor and has 3 double-bedrooms, a large kitchen and utility, large living room, bathroom, and lots of storage space. We have access to a shared garden, and are very close to the Meadows and Blackford Hill.

The room available (bedroom 3 on the floor plan) is a fully-furnished double, with a double bed and mattress, bedside table and small desk/shelf and desk chair. This bedroom comes with a cupboard with a chest of drawers.

A bit about us: Alice works in research at Edinburgh University (in the office 3 days a week). Kay is a project manager in the public sector (typically in the office Mon-Fri). We both enjoy chatting over a cup of tea, reading, nature walks, running and yoga.

It’s important to us to have a warm, friendly atmosphere and also keep shared spaces clean and tidy so we can all enjoy our lovely home. We are keen to find someone like-minded to join us, who will care for the flat and who is looking to create a calm and respectful space based on kind and honest communication.

We are holding viewings Sat 14th Feb (morning), Thu 19th Feb (evening only). We'll be happy to have video call viewings if you're not in Edinburgh currently.

We kindly request you to provide a landlord reference and complete credit checks with the letting agency before signing the tenancy agreement, ideally before February 27th.
