Lovely double bedroom in Marchmont

Hello!

We are Kay and Helmi, both in our 20s, looking for a female professional or student to join us in our lovely Marchmont flat from February 8th as our current flatmate is moving out due to relocation.

The flat is on the 2nd floor and has 3 double-bedrooms, a large kitchen and utility, large living room, bathroom, and lots of storage space. We have access to a shared garden, and are very close to the Meadows and Blackford Hill.

The room available (bedroom 2 on the floor plan) is a large fully-furnished double, with a double bed and mattress, bedside table, desk and desk chair, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

A bit about us: Helmi works in research communications at Edinburgh University (in the office Mon-Fri). Kay is a project manager in the public sector (typically in the office Mon-Fri). We both enjoy chatting over a cup of tea, reading, nature walks, running and yoga.

It’s important to us to have a warm, friendly atmosphere and also keep shared spaces clean and tidy so we can all enjoy our lovely home. We are keen to find someone like-minded to join us, who will care for the flat and who is looking to create a calm and respectful space based on kind and honest communication.

We will hold viewings on January 16th (evening only), 17th, 18th. We're also happy to have video call viewings if you're not in Edinburgh currently.

We kindly request you to provide a landlord reference and complete credit checks with the letting agency before signing the tenancy agreement, ideally before January 21st.
