Hi! I have one room available in my rental Marchmont flat. It’s best suited for a couple or a student or working professional, who want a calm, well-located place to live.

• 3 minutes walk to The Meadows
• 15 minutes walk to Princes Street
• Sainsbury’s + Co-op literally right outside
• Bus stops just downstairs
• Plenty of cafes and food corners

About me:
I’m a PhD student working on my thesis (broadly around wellbeing), so home is my quiet space.
I’m respectful of people’s privacy, boundaries, and routines, and I’m looking for housemates who are the same. A clean, peaceful, and respectful environment is important to me.

Rent (excluding bills):
£550 per person (when 3 people are sharing the flat)

£825 per person (when 2 people are sharing the flat)
