Looking for a new flatmate - professional or postgrad/mature student willing to contribute to council tax only
A room is available in our top floor flat from 1st March and we are looking for someone who can stay long term (12 months or more). We’re looking for a professional for council tax reasons, but if you’re a postgraduate or a mature student and happy to contribute that works too!
The room you will be renting is light and spacious, on the upper floor of our large duplex flat. The flat is quite central, located in Marchmont, close to the Meadows.
Rent is £600 a month + bills, roughly £110/month.
Deposit is £600.
We are all quite easy going and respect each other's space, but we love a chat also! We’re looking for someone who is friendly, respectful, responsible and a good communicator.
Keeping the flat clean is important to us. We have a detailed weekly cleaning rota which works like clockwork and are seeking someone who tidies up after themselves, takes initiative and contributes to keeping our living environment clean, tidy and enjoyable.
Our flat is managed by an agency so you will need a reference from a previous landlord and from your employer.
