Double Room in Professional Marchmont Flat Share

Hello, my flatmate and I are looking for someone to fill our flatmates room after he's moved to a cabin in the woods (promise it wasn't our chat that drove him there). Decent sized double room with a small desk and all the furniture in the picture. The flat has a big living room, plenty of random cupboards and a massive box room.

Would be living with myself and Calum (23 & 24), Calum’s just about to finish uni and start work here and I'm already working as a fund accountant. Both very chill and tidy and looking for a likeminded flatmate we can socialise with. We're also both very into sport and the outdoors, mainly through cycling, so if you're into that too that's defo a bonus!

Council tax band E so about £75 a month each and bills another £50 or so.
