One Flatmate wanted!

Hi! I'm a second year Mechanical Engineering student looking for a calm, tidy flatmate to share my flat with from 3rd May. The flat is in a really lovely spot in Marchmont, just a 15 minute walk from main campus along the meadows. It's also only a 5 minute walk from the 9 and 24 bus routes, which take you straight to King's Campus, plus easy access to buses into the city centre too. The flat itself is lovely, really spacious with high ceilings, wooden floors, and loads of natural light. There's also tonnes of storage throughout the flat. The room is unfurnished, so you'd need to bring or buy a bed and a desk. As for me, I'm up most mornings for lectures, and my late nights are usually coming back from the library or from a friends place rather than anything too loud or disruptive! I love a cozy movie night at home, and I do enjoy having a few friends over every now and then to socialise, you're of course more than welcome to do the same! That said, I'm not really a big party person, so I'm looking for someone who's on a similar wavelength, happy to have people round and have a good time, but also values having a calm and peaceful home to come back to. If you're a fellow student who's studious, tidy, and after a calm and friendly place to call home, I think we'd get along really well.
